Gina I. Humber is a national speaker on diversity and education, an educator, and an accomplished author of It's All Good - A Book About Self Acceptance and Diversity for young children. She's earned her Master's degree in Special Education and has received certificates and awards for her work with youth and empowerment programs in New York City.

Gina has been featured on the OWN network discussing entrepreneurship and being an author, radio guest on the Maggie Linton Show on Sirius XM, The Karen Hunter Show and Next Nation with Sylvia Alston. She has appeared on Manny Faces Radio Show, "In Focus" with Marc Clarke and remains to be a highly sought after guest speaker on several other media platforms such as her television segment on "The Importance of Having Books With Diverse Images" on ABC's CT STYLE.

she has been on a numerous panels regarding racism; speaking on understanding the importance of global diversity; which resulted in the development of her company, Diversity Is A Verb LLC. Which continues to provide enrichment programs for NYC youth..

Frank Minikon (Tha Franchize) is a Criminal Justice professional, an educator, trainer, and an accomplished author of the children’s book Look for Me – A Snippet of the Life of Marcus Mosaih Garvey. He earned his Master’s degree in Criminal Justice Systems and has been recognized for his work in the field, specifically in community programs for youth and addressing the issue of disproportionate minority contact with law enforcement.

Franchize is the Chief Operating Officer of a Global Publishing Company named Melanin Origins, LLC. The company is well known in the Dallas/Fort Worth area of Texas, and was featured in publications such as Dallas Black News magazine as well as the Huffington Post. They have over 13 #1 new releases on Amazon, and have published 30+ books for established and brand-new authors. Their motto is Channeling the Greatness that Lies Within.

Tha Franchize is a self-proclaimed “serial podcaster”. He was invited to many podcasts to discuss his work in the community and his book company, and quickly realized the opportunity to use the podcasting platform to have relevant discussions for our community, share messages, and highlight individuals and businesses doing important work.
